Presentation of the Sábios Platform, weCog Devices, and Their Differentiators

Although there are various digital training solutions and formats in the market, no other solution integrates within a single platform: immersive learning methodology combined with a virtual environment for authoring and applying gamified immersive experiences, performance indicators, and gap diagnostics mapped by artificial intelligence, with online and offline responsiveness on multi-touch interactive tables, mobile devices, PCs, and immersive rooms. These features are capable of meeting the demands of comprehensive, diverse, and highly scalable training programs, such as those in Health, Safety, and Environment, making Sábios the only company suited for this context.
Sábios is the sole owner and maintainer of the “Sábios Platform” solution, its interactive applications, and the “weCog Line” interactive table equipment. In this context, we present three aspects: the uniqueness of the solution, technical capability, and pricing.

Uniqueness of the Solution

The uniqueness of the Sábios Platform, the “WeCog” equipment, and the immersive and adaptive learning methodology, as well as the tools and applications that comprise them, can be demonstrated by the following facts:

Ownership and Exclusivity of Patent Applications and Certificates

The company holds ownership and exclusivity of the patent applications and certificates (equipment, software, method, and related items) listed below and in the “Sábios Portfolio” annexed to this document, which form the technological basis of the Sábios Platform and its derivatives:

• BR10.2012/0200317: Method and system implemented by a distributed collaborative computational network and related devices;
• BR30.2014/0042076: Applied Configuration in Interactive Computational Equipment;
• US 9.553.949 B2: Method and System Implemented by a Collaborative Distributed Computational Network, and Related Devices;

Technological Domain

In addition to intellectual property protected by the aforementioned patent applications and certificates, the company holds technological domain and exclusivity over a unique set of software programs and applications protected through industrial secrecy and/or software and trademark registrations. This technological domain results from the company’s investment in research and development (R&D) projects over its 10 years of existence, as well as from executing innovative projects and services for large organizations.

Noteworthy Expertise

A company’s “noteworthy expertise” (know-how) is demonstrated through its technical and managerial competencies, the portfolio of successfully completed projects and services for clients, and its extensive history of R&D, conducted either internally or in partnership with nationally and internationally recognized R&D institutions. This is evidenced by the “Sábios Portfolio” document attached, which records some of the major cases executed.

Contracts Awarded by Sole Source Exemption

The uniqueness of Sábios’ products and services is also evidenced by the fact that major organizations such as Petrobras, CNI, VALE, SESI, SEBRAE, and Fundação CERTI, which follow regulations based on Law 8.666 for the acquisition of products and services, have contracted Sábios’ solutions and services through sole source exemption. This exemption is based on proving the uniqueness of the solution and Sábios’ exclusivity in providing it. If necessary, contractual documents can be presented.

Technical Capability

Another analyzed aspect is the supplier’s technical capability to deliver the acquired solution or service with quality and competence. To demonstrate its technical capability, Sábios presents in the attached “Sábios Portfolio” a list of Technical Capability Certificates provided by its clients.

The company’s technical capability can also be confirmed by the Supplier Evaluation Reports issued by Petrobras, also present in the attached “Sábios Portfolio,” relating to executed contracts, which involve a stringent supplier evaluation process.
